What Is Monark?

As a carrier rep, Monark gives you a structured, secure way to:

  • Receive RFPs (Requests for Proposal) from brokers
  • Review group details and plan requirements
  • Submit your quotes and offers directly in the platform
  • Track your submitted responses

Instead of managing RFPs via email and spreadsheets, everything lives in one place.

What Is the Link I Received?

The link in your email is a magic link — a secure, passwordless login that gives you direct access to a specific RFP that a broker has sent you.

When you click it:

  • You'll be authenticated automatically (no password needed)
  • You'll land directly on the RFP the broker wants you to respond to
  • You can review the group details, plan requirements, and census summary
  • You can submit your offer directly in the platform

There is nothing to install and no account to manually create. Clicking the link is all you need to do.

Do I Need a Monark Account?

Your account is created automatically when you first click a magic link. You don't need to sign up separately.

For future logins, just go to monarkhq.com, enter your email address, and a new magic link will be sent to you.

What Happens After I Submit My Offer?

Once you submit:

  • Your offer is delivered directly to the broker inside Monark
  • The broker can compare your offer alongside others
  • You can view your submitted responses from your Monark dashboard
  • The broker will follow up with you if they have questions or next steps

My Link Has Expired

Magic links are time-limited for security. If yours has expired:

  1. Go to monarkhq.com
  2. Click Log In and enter your email address
  3. A new link will be sent to your inbox
