Troubleshooting Login Magic Links
MonarkHQ uses passwordless authentication — there are no passwords to remember. Instead, you log in via a secure magic link sent to your email. This guide covers what to do if your link isn't working.
My Magic Link Isn't Working
Magic links expire after a set period for security reasons. If your link has expired or isn't working, the fix is simple:
For Brokers
- Go to monarkhq.com and click Log In
- Enter your email address
- A fresh magic link will be sent to your inbox
- Click the new link to access your account
You do not need to contact anyone — just re-initiate the login and a new link will be sent automatically.
For Carrier Representatives
- Go to monarkhq.com and click Log In
- Enter the email address associated with your Monark account
- A new magic link will be sent to your inbox
- Click the link to access your RFP dashboard
If you're unsure which email address to use, contact Monark support via chat on monarkhq.com.
Note for carrier reps: You do not need to contact the broker who sent you the original RFP. Monark can help you directly.
For Employers
Employer proposal links are sent directly by your broker. If your link has expired:
- Contact your broker and ask them to resend the proposal link
- Your broker can extend the expiration date and send you a fresh link
Common Issues
I clicked the link but got an error page
- The link may have expired — magic links are time-limited for security
- The link may have been used already — each link is single-use
- Your email client may have modified the URL — try copying and pasting the full link into your browser
Solution: Return to monarkhq.com, enter your email, and request a new link.
I didn't receive the email
- Check your spam or junk folder — magic link emails can occasionally be filtered
- Confirm you're checking the correct email address
- Wait 1–2 minutes — email delivery can occasionally be slightly delayed
- Try requesting the link again from the login page
If you still haven't received it after trying again, contact Monark via chat on monarkhq.com.
The link works but I'm seeing the wrong account
- Make sure you're logging in with the correct email address
- If you have multiple email addresses, try the one your invitation was originally sent to
Security Reminder
Magic links are tied to your specific email address and expire automatically. Do not forward magic links to others — they grant access to your account.
