Viewing Your Responses

This guide explains how to review offers you’ve already submitted.

1. Find Your Past Responses

1. Go to RFPs
2. Filter by Responded
3. Click any RFP to review your submission

For each submitted offer, you can review:

• Plan details
• Rates entered
• Attachments included
• Submission timestamp

2. View Your Analytics (If Enabled)

Your analytics dashboard may include:

• Response rate
• Average response time
• Coverage mix
• Activity trends

Use this to monitor performance and responsiveness.

3. Edit Submitted Offers

Submitted offers cannot be edited. If changes are needed:

1. Contact the broker directly
2. Explain the correction
3. Submit a revised offer if requested
