Viewing RFPs

This guide explains how carrier reps view and review RFPs sent by brokers.


1. Your RFP Inbox

Navigate to RFPs from the sidebar to see all requests sent to you.

Each RFP shows:

  • Employer name
  • Coverage types requested
  • Effective date
  • Date received
  • Current status

2. RFP Statuses

| Status | Meaning | | ------------- | --------------------------------- | | New | Not yet opened | | In Progress | Viewed, not submitted | | Responded | Offer submitted | | All Responded | All requested coverages completed |


3. Opening an RFP

Click an RFP to view details.

Employer Information

  • Company name
  • Location (city, state, ZIP)
  • Industry (SIC)
  • Group size
  • Effective date

Broker Information

  • Broker name and organization
  • Email and phone
  • License information

Coverage Requirements

For each requested coverage type, you’ll see:

  • Detailed plan design requirements
  • Commission structure
  • Renewal indicators (if applicable)
  • Attachments uploaded by the broker
